I enjoy eating lentils but I find that they don’t keep me full for as long as other proteins. Any suggestions on how to counteract that?

Hm. I wonder if you mean compared to other legumes, or to eggs/cheese/meat? I tend to combine them with a whole grain, or with a little animal protein. A classic is lentil salad with a poached or hardboiled egg, for example.
